We are an 8 Med/Onc (and 1 Gyn/Onc) practice in suburban Philadelphia and had our first retreat this past September. We spoke to several prospective facilitators and finally settled on Dawn Holcombe, who turned out to be outstanding. We accomplished even more than we had originally planned and felt the process, with Dawn's guidance and direction, satisfied even the "naysayers" who thought a weekend retreat would not be worthwhile (especially the NFL's opening weekend with the Eagles playing at Lambeau -- and you know who won that one, I'm betting).
Seriously, I would strongly recommend Dawn, if she's available to fit your timetable.
